Our rates are:
Intake Session- $165.00
Hour Session- $140.00
45 Minutes- $110.00
We also only accept Anthem, Aetna and United Healthcare/Optum insurance.

Please note:
If I am not an in-network provider with your insurance carrier, you will be responsible for the full fee at the time of service; however, I can provide you with a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, you will be reimbursed directly by the insurance company for a percentage of the fee, based on what your plan allows, if applicable.
Payment Cash, check, and all major credit cards, including HSA account cards, accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee as outlined in our Office Policies.
Under the No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at leastone business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before youschedule an item or service.
